Check the requirements of the country you want to visit:

If you are going to travel abroad, find out if to enter that country you need a visa or if you have specific requirements regarding the validity of your passport, which may be from a few too many months as a minimum. Some countries even ask for specific vaccines. The websites of the consulates and embassies have a lot of information available, although you can also call by phone if you have any questions. Keep in mind that the requirements can be last minute.

Check loyalty program statements:

These can be an airline, credit card or hotel programs, to name a few examples. Verify what benefits you get by redeeming those points, those miles. They could be promotions on flights, airline tickets at no cost, nights at a hotel or other benefits. If you still do not subscribe to this type of program when reading this, it is time to do so. You never know how fast you’ll be accumulating points or adding miles.
